Class Description

Shoot & Scoot: Firearms Training for Beginners

If you have ever wanted to draw your gun from a holster, do magazine changes, shoot multiple targets, and incorporate basic movement while engaging targets in a safe environment, Shoot & Scoot is a great option for firearms training for beginners!

 

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Holsters allowed in the following format: Strong side, Strong side inside the waistband, & appendix.
  • All holsters must properly fit their firearm and completely cover the trigger guard when holstered.
  • Minimum of 2 magazines and 1 magazine pouch.
  • Restrictions on holsters not allowed: Ankle, SOB (small of back), & shoulder holsters. Black Hawk Serpa holsters are not allowed.
  • Centerfire semi-automatic handguns only. Minimum and maximum calibers
    allowed: .380acp-45acp.
  • Please bring your unloaded firearm in a case/bag.

PREREQUISITES

  • This training is for all skill levels, but the student is capable of drawing, re-holstering, loading, unloading, and firing the handgun in a safe manner. Be safe and competent in moving with a firearm.
  • Signed CGC Waiver must be completed before class begins
  • MEMBERS SAVE 20%: $88.00
  • Non-Members: $110.00
  • Total Time: 2.5 hours
  • Skill Level: Beginner-Intermediate
  • Ages: 21+
  • Capacity: 10
Course Cancellation and Change Policy
  • Attendee substitutions may be made at any time.
  • Classes rescheduled less than 48 hours will incur a rescheduling fee of $25 per person.
  • Failure to attend the course, or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, will result in no refund, credit of the course fee, or rescheduling.
  • Centennial Gun Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time. If we cancel or reschedule a class due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Centennial Gun Club is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If Centennial Gun Club cancels a class in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you used to register. Please be sure to provide a valid email address and check your email before class.
