1) What types of firearms are covered in the warranty?
The CGC Firearm Warranty is available for new revolvers, pistols, rifles, and shotguns.
2) I already purchased a NEW firearm from CGC, is there a way to get coverage for it?
Yes, any NEW firearm purchased at CGC from the date December 1, 2021 can qualify for the CGC Firearm Warranty program. Please bring your gun in and talk to any of our team members to get your previously purchased firearm certified and warrantied!
3) When does the warranty take effect?
Immediately when purchasing a new firearm and warranty at the same time.
4) Are used firearms purchased at CGC available for the warranty program?
No, CGC used firearms come with a performance guarantee and have already been certified by the CGC gunsmiths.
5) Is the CGC Firearm Warranty transferrable?
No, the CGC Firearm Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the firearm.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
WE WARRANT THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PRODUCT WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY?
Centennial Gun Club (CGC) located at 11800 E Peakview Avenue, Centennial, CO 80111 extends this limited warranty only to the consumer, identified on the “Warranty Certificate” provided at the time of the purchase of this limited warranty, who originally purchased the firearm, also identified on the Warranty Certificate. It does not extend to any subsequent owner, other firearm, or other transferee of the firearm.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the firearm for the Warranty Period as defined in the Warranty Certificate. In addition, CGC gunsmiths will perform an annual inspection and firearm cleaning to the extent necessary at a thirty five percent (35%) discount off of standard pricing.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper or illegal use, including the use of reloaded ammunition; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform preventive maintenance; (e) modifications or alterations not performed by CGC gunsmiths; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions.
This limited warranty does not cover a firearm that has been rebuilt, even if the firearm was originally covered by this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not cover the labor cost to modify or add parts to an otherwise covered firearm and does not cover the cost of the parts used to modify an otherwise covered firearm.
WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE?
This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for the time period indicated on the Warranty Certificate (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. CGC may change the availability of this limited warranty at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
With respect to any defective product during the Warranty Period, CGC will, in its sole discretion, either: (a) repair the firearm (or the defective part) free of charge; or (b) if the firearm cannot be repaired and the manufacturer agrees, replace the firearm free of charge with the same or a similar model. CGC will also coordinate and pay for any shipping and handling fees associated with firearm repair or replacement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
