Red dots are an extremely popular and great upgrade to any pistol. They can make acquiring targets much faster than with traditional iron sights and are a fantastic low light option. In this class we will teach you the basics of red dot sights and help familiarize you with yours. We’ll also help you get it zero’d on the range.

- How to sight in a red dot sight on a pistol
- How to properly shoot while using a pistol with a sight
- Practical exercises to use both at home and on the range in conjunction with a pistol that has a red dot sight
- How to take care of your red dot sight
PREREQUISITES
- Intro to pistol shooting class or equivalent
- Signed CGC Waiver must be completed before class begins

- Your pistol with red dot mounted, magazine and 50 rounds of ammo
- Battery plus a spare for your red dot
- Eye and ear protection
- Please bring your unloaded firearm in a case/bag
