New Range Check-In & Check-Out Process

Begins September 14

We’re excited to announce a new Range check-in and check-out process designed to get you onto the range faster, make your visit more convenient, and provide a smoother experience from start to finish.
This new process will go into effect on Monday, September 14, 2026.
What to Expect
When you arrive at the Range Desk, there will be three separate lines:
  1. Members Check-In
  2. Non-Member Check-In
  3. Check-Out
Our Members Check-In line will receive priority, followed by the Non-Member Check-In line, and then the Check-Out line.
Checking In
When you check in, our staff will:
  • Pull up your reservation and verify your information.
  • Collect the IDs of everyone in your group and securely hold them at the Range Desk until you check out.
  • Take care of any required waivers or membership agreements, just as we do today.
  • Add any rentals or items you would like to purchase, such as ammunition or targets, to your account as a running tab.
  • Get you checked in and headed to the range as quickly as possible.
Checking Out
When you’re finished shooting, simply return to the Range Desk and enter the Check-Out line.
At that time, our staff will:
  • Return all IDs to your group members and have you confirm that you have received the correct ID.
  • Review your reservation and finalize your transaction.
Please note: Beginning September 14, all transactions must be completed using a physical payment card. We will no longer process payments using cards stored on file.
We believe this new process will help us get you onto the range faster, reduce the feeling of being rushed before your scheduled range time, and provide a smoother experience during your visit.
Thank you for your continued support of CGC. We look forward to providing you with an even better range experience!
