Trufire Low Light Pistol is designed for the handgun shooter who wants to take their skills to the next level working in dim to low-light scenarios. This class is not for the novice and is taught “down range”. We will refine some basic two-handed and one-hand shooting skills, explore various handheld flashlight techniques, weapon mounted light shooting, proper use of cover, & target transitions. This class will give you the confidence to deploy your firearm when the lights go out.

WHAT IS THIS CLASS ABOUT / WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- How to safely deploy your pistol from various ready positions in low-light conditions.
- How to load and reload from a magazine pouch or chest rig.
- How to perform Intermediate drills and malfunction clearances.
- How to use various handheld flashlight techniques.
- Moving and shooting with the pistol.
- How to transition targets efficiently.
- Shooting from cover/concealment with a light.
PREREQUISITES
- Completion of previous pistol training at the Handgun 401 level or similar, TruFire Academy graduate, or instructor approval (please call 720.466.8651 to inquire)
- Quality handgun with either iron or red dot sights that are zeroed.
- Weapon mounted light or Handheld light
- Belt set up or chest rig.
- Handgun with holster and mag pouch.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Your pistol and 300 rounds of pistol ammo
- A quality holster compatible with your firearm and/or weapon mounted light. No serpa’s allowed.
- At least 3 magazines and 2 magazine pouches
- Weapon mounted light
- Handheld light
- Extra Batteries!
- Chest rigs and tactical gear welcome!

- Classes rescheduled less than 48 hours will incur a rescheduling fee of $25 per person.
- Failure to attend the course, or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, will result in no refund, credit of the course fee, or rescheduling.
